Muscat, Oman – August 2026: Construction is advancing rapidly on The Grove International School, a flagship educational development within Sultan Haitham City.
Situated on a 33,930 sqm site with a total Built-Up Area (BUA) of 25,000 sqm, the project is progressing steadily to deliver a modern, purpose-built educational campus designed to serve the expanding local residential community.
Major Construction Milestones Achieved (As of August 2026)
The campus has reached an advanced stage of completion across its main structural and architectural phases:
- Superstructure Near Completion: Reinforced concrete framing and floor slabs across the primary courtyard building blocks are substantially complete.
- Building Envelope & Partitioning: External blockwork, perimeter scaffolding, and internal wall partitioning are progressing rapidly across all levels.
- MEP Integration: Preparatory works for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services are advancing concurrently with civil activities.
- Site & Sub-base Infrastructure: Heavy equipment and earthworks teams are executing external infrastructure, access routes, and perimeter works in parallel.
