Masheed Successfully Delivers Amity School & Mosque Development in Qurum, Muscat
Muscat, Oman – October 2025 – Masheed proudly announces the successful completion and handover of the Amity School & Mosque development in Qurum, marking a significant milestone in the company’s portfolio of integrated educational and community infrastructure projects.
Awarded on 28 December 2022, the project encompasses a modern school campus alongside a purpose-built mosque, thoughtfully designed to serve both students and the wider community. Developed on a plot area of 19,104 sqm, with a total built-up area exceeding 28,400 sqm, the project reflects Masheed’s capability in delivering large-scale, high-quality developments that combine functionality, innovation, and cultural sensitivity.
The facility has now been fully completed, tested, and officially handed over following the successful close-out of all construction, commissioning, and regulatory approvals. The Amity School features state-of-the-art classrooms, advanced laboratories, and multipurpose learning spaces designed to support a dynamic educational environment.
The adjoining mosque complements the campus with a design that blends traditional Omani architectural elements with modern amenities, creating a welcoming space for worship and community engagement.
Delivered at a contract value of OMR 8.3 million, the project stands as a testament to Masheed’s commitment to excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
