Masheed Advances Construction of the American School of Muscat Project
Muscat, Oman – October 2025 : Masheed is proud to report remarkable progress on the American School of Muscat Project, a major educational development that is set to redefine learning environments in the Sultanate.
The project, which commenced in April 2025, is being constructed over a plot area of 33,928 sqm with a total built-up area of 25,001 sqm. Scheduled for completion in October 2026, the development reflects Masheed’s continued commitment to delivering world-class educational infrastructure that supports Oman’s growing academic landscape.
Significant structural milestones have been achieved across all blocks. Short column works in Blocks A and D have been completed, with backfilling activities progressing steadily. Block C is nearing completion of its short columns, while Block E has reached 80% completion of raft footings and 70% of isolated footing works. The tower crane footing is fully complete, and external development works have reached 20% progress—a strong indication of momentum across all project zones.
With a dedicated team of 135 professionals and a contract value of OMR 7.56 million, the American School of Muscat project continues to move forward efficiently.
