Masheed Completes PTB, Schlumberger Project in Nizwa
Nizwa, Oman – October 2025 – Masheed is pleased to announce the successful completion of the PTB, Schlumberger Project in Nizwa, further strengthening its presence in Oman’s industrial and energy infrastructure sector.
The project, signed on 12 June 2024 and commenced on 1 July 2024, was executed with precision and efficiency, covering a built-up area of 146 sqm. Despite its compact scale, the project required strict adherence to technical specifications and safety standards to meet the requirements of Schlumberger and the Petroleum Training Base (PTB) in Nizwa.
As of August 2025, all construction works have been fully completed, with final ROP and Municipality approvals pending prior to the issuance of the completion certificate. The project team, consisting of 10 dedicated professionals, has ensured the delivery of a facility that meets international quality benchmarks while aligning with local regulatory standards.
With a contract value of OMR 131,150, the project has maintained steady financial progress. The latest Interim Payment Application (#03) for OMR 31,878 was successfully received on 19 August 2025, while IPA #04 and #05, totaling OMR 54,823, have been submitted and are pending clearance.
