Masheed Successfully Completes DRC II Project in Muscat
Muscat, Oman – October 2025 – Masheed is delighted to announce the successful completion of the DRC II Project in Muscat, marking another milestone achievement in the company’s growing portfolio of specialized developments across the Sultanate.
Awarded in December 2022 and commenced in January 2023, the project spans a built-up area of 360 sqm and was executed with a strong focus on precision, quality, and compliance with the client’s operational requirements. Despite multiple phases of inspection and refinement, Masheed has ensured that the project met the highest standards of workmanship and delivery.
All construction works have been fully completed, with snag reports received, addressed, and officially responded to. The as-built drawings and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals have also been submitted and approved, marking the final steps toward formal handover. The project’s demobilization has been completed, and Masheed continues to coordinate with the client on the final snag closure and account settlement.
With a contract value of OMR 378,000, the DRC II Project stands as a testament to Masheed’s efficiency in executing specialized, small-scale projects with the same dedication and excellence that define its larger developments.
